​Air Conditioning Purge & Re-Gas Service Sechedule:
  • All gases and moisture are flushed /removed through a deep vacuum of the air-con system ensures purity for Gas Recharge.
  • Using pressurised Injected Nitrogen based vacuum we check for leaks.
  • Synthetic lubricating PAG oil is added in specific air-con systems.
  • The gas is recharged into the air-con using a strict calabirated system for accuracy & precision.
  • Air-con system running pressures & compressor control signal are checked.
  • Cabin ambient and vent temperatures is checked & detailed performance report is analysed.
  • Finally the air-con system filters & flow of air is checked & cleaned before delivery of Vehicle.
​As of 2017, a new type of air conditioning gas is required by law for all new vehicles.
The gas, called HFO-1234yf, replaces previous refrigerants, as it produces 98% fewer climate-damaging pollutants than its predecessor, R134a.
